Return and Refund Policy

Returns (7-day window, no exchanges)

• Eligible within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags & original packaging.

• How: start a return from your Order/Account page. We manually review; once approved, we book a reverse pickup.

• Inspection & refund: after we receive and verify the item, we process your refund to the original payment method via the payment gateway. Banks usually take 5–7 business days to reflect it.

• Shipping fees: original shipping is non-refundable, except where the product was defective or wrong item/size sent by us.

• Non-returnable: final-sale items (if marked), used/damaged items, items without tags/packaging.

Cancellations

• You can request cancellation before dispatch by emailing fixers@burntheboats.world with your order number. If already dispatched, please raise a return after delivery.
