These Terms govern your use of burntheboats.world and purchases from Burn the Boats (“we/us”).

1. Eligibility & account
You must be legally capable of entering a contract in India. Keep your account details secure.

2. Products & pricing
We try to be accurate, but errors may occur. Prices include GST unless stated. We may change prices without notice.

3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer; we accept when we confirm and start processing. We may cancel/refund due to stock, payment, or address issues.

4. Payments
Processed via a payment gateway (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). By paying, you agree to their terms.

5. Shipping & delivery
We ship through our partner couriers within India. Estimated windows are shown at checkout; delays can happen due to weather/festivals/courier issues.

6. Returns & refunds
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery; no exchanges. Items must be unworn/unused with tags and packaging. Start a return from your order/account page; after approval we arrange a reverse pickup. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the payment gateway after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/incorrect items.

7. Intellectual property
All BTB logos, graphics, text, and content belong to us; do not use without permission.

8. Prohibited use
No unlawful activity, fraud, interference, scraping, or reselling without consent.

9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Governing law
Indian law. Courts at Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
