Dispatch time

  • Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). Orders after 12:00 noon may move to the next business day.
  • Business days are Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays.

Delivery estimates (India) from the date of dispatch

  • Metros: 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days

  • Remote/ODA, NE/J&K: 7-10 business days

Estimates may vary during rain, festivals, or courier disruptions.

Shipping fees

  • ₹100 for orders below ₹1,800 (prepaid).

  • Free shipping on orders ₹1,800 and above.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email once shipped. You may also track via our order status page or the Shop app (optional).

Failed delivery / NDR

  • If the courier cannot reach you, they’ll reattempt. Please keep your phone reachable and provide accurate address/landmark. Repeated failed attempts may return the parcel to us (RTO).
