Care Instructions:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out.
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve print longevity.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Do not iron over print.

Shipping

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). Orders placed after 12:00 noon may be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery estimates (India) — from date of dispatch

  • Metros: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / ODA / NE / J&K: 7–10 business days

Estimates can vary during heavy rain, festival periods, or courier disruptions.

Shipping fees

  • Free shipping on orders ₹1,800 and above.

Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track via your Order/Account page or the Shop app.

Failed delivery / NDR
If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt redelivery. Keep your phone reachable and provide a clear address and landmark. Repeated failed attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us (RTO), in which case return/shipping charges may apply.

Damage or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email fixers@burntheboats.world within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll review and resolve it promptly.
Return policy

Returns (7 days, no exchanges)
Eligible within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include tags and original packaging.

How it works:
Start a return through your Order/Account page. Our team will review it, and once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.

Inspection & Refund:
After we receive and verify your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method via our payment gateway. Banks usually take 5–7 business days to reflect it.

Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable:
Final-sale items (if marked), used/damaged items, or items without tags/packaging.

Cancellations:
You can cancel your order before dispatch by emailing fixers@burntheboats.world with your order number. If already dispatched, please raise a return after delivery.
